1.	What are your age limits for vehicle rental?
	Your license must have been valid for at least two years for drivers aged 21-25 and one year for drivers aged 25-70. For minibuses, the minimum age is 23 years.
2.	Are there any license restrictions?
	Non UK Licence Overseas visitors must provide a licence valid in their country of origin with an international driving permit and translation into English if possible. Renters who wish to rent 12 & 16 seater minibuses must have a category D1 on their driving license. 7.5 Ton Truck drivers should have a category C1 on their license. Endorsements may be accepted at our insurers discretion.
3.	What identification should I bring with me?
	With all licence's and methods of payment, please provide at least two forms of identity with addresses on, which can be verified at the time of rental. All rental rates are based on a 24 hour period. If the vehicle is returned later than agreed, each additional hour (or part thereof) will be charged at one eighth of the daily rate. If you wish to extend the rental beyond the agreed return date you must advise us immediately and make the required prepayment. Failure to do so may result in the hirer driving without insurance cover.
4.	What deposit to you require & How do I pay?
	We will require the estimated rental cost plus a security deposit of £200.00 (Two hundred pounds). Where applicable, the deposit will be refunded on return. We accept MasterCard/Access, Visa/Barclaycard, Switch and Cheque supported by a bankers card.
5.	What does the insurance include?
	Rental rates include unlimited third party insurance cover and collision damage waiver (CDW) for approved drivers. For Non UK Licence holders, there is a surcharge of £5.00 (Five pounds) per rental. Customers own Insurance: Hirer may arrange comprehensive insurance through their own insurers for the duration of the rental. A valid cover note must be produced prior to the start of the rental. Exclusion from Insurance: Our policy does not cover loss or damage to goods and belongings in transit. CDW, which is inclusive within all rates, does not waive your liability for the cost of any damage as detailed within clause 6 of our standard Conditions of hire. The hirer remains responsible for the first £200.00 (Two hundred pounds) in each and every case of damage. Additional Driver Insurance: £3.00 per day.
